Leila Holmes MSc MCSP SRP specialises in Orthopaedic, Musculoskeletal and Women’s Pelvic Health Physiotherapy.
Leila has over 20 years experience and has worked in specialist Orthopaedic, Musculoskeletal and Women’s Health Clinics in the NHS.
Working alongside Consultants and other specialist Physiotherapists has gained Leila a wealth of experience on treating and managing a wide range of conditions.
Leila works as a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist in private practice and is dedicated to providing a high standard of care to every one of her clients. She is passionate about providing effective and individualised rehabilitation tailored to your needs and goals.

Leila first qualified in 2005 from Manchester University with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy. She gained experience in various hospital and outpatient settings in the NHS and specialised in Musculoskeletal and Women’s Health Physiotherapy.
In 2012 Leila completed her MSc in Rehabilitation Studies (Physiotherapy in Women’s Health) from Bradford University. This experience enables her to provide the highest standard of specialist treatment and management for musculoskeletal conditions and also Women’s Health conditions such as incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse and antenatal and postnatal rehabilitation.
She also provides a Mummy MOT which is a specialist postnatal service which assesses abdominal and pelvic floor function, breathing and the lower back and pelvis.
